Erfurt - 15,966 beds were registered in Thuringia's hospitals in 2018. That was 196 beds more than year earlier, as the State Office for Statistics announced today.

In 2018 treated 586,568 more patients than in the previous year - there were 580,612. According to the state office, there were 43 hospitals in Thuringia in 2018.
