According to the BKK Federal Association, around 53 million sick days per year are in Germany returned to psychological complaints, and the trend is rapidly increasing. "The management of the company has decisive influence on the level of psychological stress on the employees and thus also on the company's success," said Heinz Kaltenbach, Managing Director of the BKK Bundesverband.
