Dr. Shuddered, what do you do to ensure the satisfaction of your employees?
Particularly in medical work, working conditions play an important role: Shift work and strenuous night work are stress factors. We set various framework conditions to promote the harmony between work and private life.
What are they?
In our rehabilitation center, for example, we have the Services divided into on-call and call times so that colleagues can usually sleep in their own bed. In other of our houses there are creative part-time models, for example in the form of 32-hour week with an always long weekend from Friday to Sunday.
Are there other factors that are important? span>
Yes, the elusive climate among employees. A collegial approach without hierarchical conflicts is very important to us. For employed specialists in particular, trust in colleagues is crucial in order to work independently and at the same time to be able to ask the boss or colleagues at any time. This togetherness is essential for the interdisciplinary work in our company.
How do you promote this collegial togetherness?
An appreciative exchange in daily meetings is certainly important . Usually everyone knows for themselves if they haven't done something so well, so you don't have to put your finger in the wound in public. On the other hand, everyone is happy about public praise and recognition.
