ä .p> The cash registers Medical Association, Kdo.R., Berlin - on the one hand - and the GKV-Spitzenverband (Central Association of Health Insurance Funds), Kdo.R., Berlin - on the other hand - agree the following:

Article 1

1. In § 6 paragraph 1 point a, after the number œ 13592, œ the numbers œ 13640 to 13642, œ inserted.

2. In § 7 Paragraph 4, the third sentence is deleted. After paragraph 4, the following paragraph is added: ž The flat rates according to paragraphs 1 to 3 are reduced in the first quarter of use by third for each full month in which the application in accordance with § 291 Paragraph 2b sentence 1 SGB V has not yet been used. This does not include the surcharge for the flat-rate operating costs in connection with the updates to specialist applications in accordance with Annex 5. œ

3. In § 9 paragraph 2, the word œ agree œ is replaced by the word œ agree œ and behind the number œ 2019 œ comma and the word œ ab œ inserted.

4. In Annex 1 in paragraph 4 in the table in the column œ Number of business premises œ the second word œ je œ deleted.

Entry into force

The changes come into effect on 1 November 2019 in force.
