6. Change to the agreement on the financing and reimbursement of the costs incurred by the contracted physicians in the context of the introduction and operation of the telematics infrastructure in accordance with Section 291a, Paragraph 7, Clause 5 of SGB V

(Annex 32 BMV-Ä)

Article 1

1. § 8a is changed as follows:

In paragraph 2 sentence 1 the words " § 8 paragraph 3 or " are deleted.

2. § 9 Paragraph 6 will be redrafted as follows:

" The Statutory Health Insurance Physicians' Associations shall divide the KBV up to January 31 of calendar year, for the first time on January 31, 2020, the number and the The associated financial volume paid out in the previous calendar year actually paid out to the contracted doctor's practices

When determining the difference according to sentence 1 for the calendar year 2019, the advance payments actually made by the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds for the 4th quarter of 2018 as well as the advance payment in accordance with § 9a must also be taken into account > 4. After § 9 the following § 9a is inserted:

"§ 9a Billing process for an additional advance payment 2019

(1) The National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds will make an additional down payment for the 2019 calendar year after invoicing in the amount of the sic h from § 8 paragraph 6 resulting from the difference.

(2) The KBV invoices the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds by April 18, 2019 at the latest.
