Berlin - The Marburger Bund doctors' union () and the have agreed in the third round of negotiations on key points for new collective agreement. Then the salaries of the Sana doctors increase in three stages by total of 5.3 percent. Retrospectively from January 1, 2018 by 2.3 percent, from April 1, 2019 by further 2.0 percent and again by 1.0 percent from January 1, 2020.
In addition, the tariff partners agreed higher rating medical on-call services. From January 2019, level 1 services will be rated at 70 percent, and on-call level II services will increase to 80 percent. For doctors, this means that more on-call hours are paid at higher hourly rate.
Another result of the negotiation is the introduction of an additional one Remuneration level. The new pay group offers doctors more money after 13 years of specialist work and thus long-term economic perspective.
The new collective agreement runs until June 30, 2020 and has yet to be confirmed by the responsible bodies of the collective bargaining parties.
