< p> 1. The following changes have been made to the agreement on forms for statutory health care:1.1. The number 2.16 will be changed as follows:
2.16 Sample 16: Drug Ordinance Sheet (Status: 1.2013)
2. This agreement comes into force on January 1, 2013.
Old sample 16 must be used up.
