Amendment agreement to the framework according to Section 106b (2) SGB V for the performance audit of medically prescribed services

of November 30, 2015

1. Appendix 1 “Special prescription requirements for therapeutic products according to Section 106b, Paragraph 2, Clause 4 SGB V” of Appendix 2 is changed as follows:

On page 6 in the line “Systemic Sclerosis” with the ICD -10 codes "M34.2", "M34.8" and "M34.9", the entry "SB1 / SB5" is replaced by the entry "SB5 / SB7" in the "Ergotherapy" column.

2. Entry into force

The agreement will come into force on 01.01.2018.
