18. Amendment of the agreement on the use of the blank form printing process for the production and printing of forms for medical care from October 1, 2014 (Annex 2a BMV-Ã „)
Article 1
1. In the overview in Chapter 1.4, the entry for the patterns 10Ca / E and 10Cb / E is added as follows:

2. The numbers 2.10C to 2.10C.8 are inserted as follows:
a ž 2.10C Sample 10C / E: Order for SARS-CoV -2 Testing (as of: 06.2020)
2.10C.1 The samples shown in Sections 2.10C.7 and 2.10C.8 are an order for SARS-COV-2 testing 10Ca / E and 10Cb / E should be used.
2.10C.2 The samples 10Ca / E and 10Cb / E are to be created on security paper in DIN A5 format.
2.10C.3 The pattern 10Ca / E is provided with barcode. The barcode can optionally contain request ID. The specifications of the barcode can be found in the œTechnical Manual for Blank Form Printinga in the currently valid version.
2.10C.4 The samples 10Ca / E and 10Cb / E are used each individually provided with unique GUID. The GUID is mapped in data matrix on sample 10Ca / E and in QR code on sample 10Cb / E. The creation of the DataMatrix as well as the QR code can be found in the document œGuidelines for Implementation Pattern 10C / E and Pattern OEDGa in Chapter 3.1 and 3.2.
2.10 C.5 The samples 10Ca / E and 10Cb / E may not be printed in the duplex process.
2.10C.6 The sample 10Cb / E is to be given to the insured.
