Cologne - The number of measles cases in Cologne continues to rise: According to city spokeswoman, there have been 106 confirmed reports since the beginning of the year, at the end of April there were just under 50. In the same period of the previous year there were only nine cases. Adults in particular are more likely to develop measles, but children are also affected. The ages range from six months to 62 years. The health department calls on Cologne residents to check their vaccination card “now” and to catch up on any missing vaccinations.
