1. Management course "Medical Leadership" in Berlin and Düsseldorf
Course blocks from May 14th to September 6th Health- care academy in cooperation with the German Medical Association The competitive orientation in the healthcare system also affects the medical profession. Doctors in charge will have to perform more management tasks in the future. The Health Care Academy is therefore offering the part-time management course on medical guidance from May 2009 in Berlin and Dsseldorf. The offer is aimed primarily at senior doctors and those who want to become one. The course includes topics such as business administration and management, but also leadership and self-management. The questions will be: How does the Morbi-RSA work? What do I have to consider with DRG controlling? How do I conduct constructive criticism discussions with problematic employees? Can I master the balancing act between family and changing work shifts, and if so, how? The course conveys and deepens selected knowledge and skills in order to be able to perform management tasks comprehensively. It extends over four appointments for 2.5 days, which are supplemented by selected distance learning elements. Main topics of the course: business administration, management, leadership, self-management, coaching (goal-oriented problem solving) Dates: May 14th to 16th and September 4th to 6th in Berlin; May 28th to 30th and June 26th to 28th in Dsseldorf Event according to the curriculum for medical guidance of the German Medical Association.
